Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Demo Session (Zero-Risk Guarantee)
Every family is entitled to one (1) initial free 1-on-1 demo session at their residence. If you or your child are not completely satisfied with the educator’s pedagogy, communication, or methodology, no fee of any kind is payable for the demo session.
2. Tutor Replacement Guarantee
If a confirmed tutor discontinues unexpectedly due to medical or relocation reasons, or if the student's learning pace is incompatible, Sachan Tutorials will assign a replacement verified tutor at no extra matching charge within 3 working days.
3. Pro-Rata Tuition Refunds
In the rare event that a replacement tutor cannot be provided for an ongoing prepaid month, the unutilized portion of tuition fees will be refunded pro-rata to the client's bank/UPI account within 5-7 working days.
4. Commission Refund for Tutors
If a parent cancels the tuition within the first 7 days of the first month through no fault of the tutor, the bureau will adjust or refund the matching commission proportionally or allocate an equivalent new student lead.
